"We chose this property because of its location right in town. There are shopping areas bounding the property and across the street, including galleries and a variety of restaurants. Views from our balcony were beautiful. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Inside our room, the bottles of conditioner and lotion were totally empty; when we turned on the kitchen sink, the fixture was worryingly wobbly. We used the pull-out bed, which had only a thin blanket---not enough. We asked for a comforter similar to the one on the bed, and received only another thin blanket. We took advantage of the on-site spa; our massages were excellent. Facials were mediocre."

"Overall was good except checki in with a young lady up front can’t remember her name but was rude and not helpful and apparently 3 other customers had issues with her that day. Ended up checking in with a younger gentleman and he was helpful and polite "

"We stayed in a single floor suite with another suite above us. It was quite noisy with lots of stomping and discernible voices. The pool was a long way away. There were two hot tubs nearby but only one had decent sun and was usually full."

"Room was clean but if you want clean service you need to request it also for shampoo refills. Pool and jacuzzi was great we used every day! Rooms needs upgrades but for the price I can’t complain I felt like on a camping having balcony next to me friends and pool on front. I would stay again. Thank You! "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was a challenge. Waitstaff was inexperienced and everything including take out of a muffin took a long time. Food was good, but I wouldn't say breakfast is included. They give you a continental breakfast or a $6 credit."
