"An attractive, clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff, well-situated nearby Harvard Squate and very close to a subway line. Our only cavils were smallish room, the air-conditioning was somewhat too cold (and had Toto be regulated by the reception counter) and the lack of any food service."

"The hotel location was convenient to restaurants and offices at Kendall Square. The room was clean, and bathroom was modern with nice features. The staff was friendly and helpful. As of August 2026 there is a lot of construction going on across the street, but the room was still relatively quiet. If you get up at or before 7 AM, no problem. The Valet parking was very helpful and I would recommend you purchase this pricey option. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Very nice, clean room. There is an extra fee that you have to pay when checking in but they basically refund it to you by giving you a credit to be used either at the bistro or the on-site restaurant."
