"Excellent resort for families with kids. Very good breakfast nicely laid out, until 11AM ! Live mellow music during breakfast gives it a smooth touch. Gym is a little under equipped. Restaurants are nice, although there is also plenty of choice in Ibiza town not far away.
Mask requirements are not always respected during this pandemic time, especially by guests from the UK. All and all a good choice for an upper class hotel, with a rock and rolll touch."

"Our first overseas holiday since the pandemic started and we had a lovely 3 night stay with two young children (2 and 5) during the October half term. Weather was pleasantly warm during the day and a touch on the chilly side in the evenings which was nice.
The hotel is only 10 minutes by car from the airport and it's great if you like plane watching. The planes are quite loud as they pass over the hotel but it didn't bother us at all as it only happened every now and then and was something fun for the children to point out.
The buffet food was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was great that it was all inclusive. We weren't able to reserve the a-la-carte restaurants but to be honest, with picky children, the buffet worked better as they could see what they were getting.
The hotel's pools were very cold but our oldest child didn't seem to mind. It would be nice (at least for the adults!) if it were heated a couple more degrees warmer.
There's good access to the beach although the roads outside the Portofino restaraunt has lots of large puddles, so it's better to go via the White Islands resort side.
We were attracted to this hotel for children and toddlers especially the outdoor play areas, but we found we had to reserve it even though it was empty and so our youngest child was not able to play. At other resorts we've stayed at we've usually been able to just walk (unless already full) and only needed to reserve if we needed supervision.
