Location and price can't be faulted!

Amazing location, 2 minutes from the castle walls and the harbour. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room and shower/toilet area were spotless. The price was so cheap, I did not expect air conditioning. However, there was and it was better than that at the luxury hotel we stayed at. Only issues were no kitchenette or shared kitchen but I think I accidentally booked a room without a kitchenette. The keys were problematic, sticking in the door and we often struggled to open the main door. I spoke to other guests and they had this problem also!

Great price and decent for backpacking couples

Defently a good choice for the price if ylure looking for a decent sized bed in the centre. Clean and basic. No frills but everything you want for a place to lay your head while travelling. The shower in the room was a massive bonus.

Horrendous

The room had cockroaches, and the bedding had cockroach droppings.The care of the concierge was terrible, he gave me a room that was occupied, they treated me really badly, the manager was disrespectful, a lousy treatment.One person one night He forced me and entered the building without having a room and when I went to tell the concierge he did absolutely nothing, I am totally disappointed with the service and the place, I would never return.

Maravilhoso!

Minha estadia nesse hotel foi maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, 3 minutos caminhando do Porto, super bem localizado, restaurantes por perto, ponto de táxi a menos de 5 minutos caminhando, estabelecimentos, tudo! Atendimento impecável, limpeza e comodidade também! O quarto atende todas as suas necessidades principalmente se você tem uma rotina cheia na ilha! Voltaria com certeza e pretendo me hospedar novamente ano que vem.

Pas mal pour un hostel, vu que même si la chambre et assez petite, y à tout ce qu’il faut : bon AC, ventilateur en plus, lavabo, sèche-cheveux, salle de bain avec douche et wc commune pour 4-5 chambres et un wc séparé en plus. En 2 jours j’ai croisé 2 personnes à peine, en sachant, que c’était tout complet. Bien situé. Prix en peu élevé pour ce genre d’établissement, mais bon, c’est dans plein centre d’Ibiza, bien placé. Juste un bémol : le réceptionniste pas très dégourdi, s’en fous complètement de trouver la solution à un moindre demande ( pour moi c’était de prolonger mon séjour, en sachant, qu’il y avait disponibilité, mais impossible de le faire sur application Hotels.com de mon côté. Il n’a même pas cherché une solution, on m’a juste mis dehors à 11h30 pile en me sortant du lit. Jamais me suis sentie si mal.

Room was clean, location was excellent, air conditioning was great. Our room had a shower and sink but it was not made particularly clear that there were 2 bathrooms between 5 rooms on our floor. Overall it was not too big a deal but I feel that it is something that should've been more slightly more explicit. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
