"Surrounded by a National Park with privacy plus. The only thing we couldn't seem to access was the internet connection from the main house and tried multiple times at that spot... but wouldn't accept the password we were given. But didn't worry too much as we had our music and boom box, plus was able to work out accessing the DVD's on TV. It truly brought us back to our times before we even had phones, and was able to catch up on our sleep and recharge ourselves in the magnificent grounds and cottage for the weekend. Thank you!!! "Loved our stay at Stargazers. Big grassed area for kids to kick a ball. Porch swing and spa to relax. We were blessed with some clear nights so could see thousands of stars. Not far from Pemberton and the big trees. Beds were comfy. Full kitchen facilities with everthing you need"

"Our stay was a family celebration with 8 children ranging from 13 to 6 years old and 10 adults. Stonebarn is spacious and well designed for a large group. It provided a perfect environment for the kids to enjoy the indoor spaces (a favourite place being around the grand piano) and the beautiful outdoors (particularly the river access). Great for the adults with individual suites , relaxing areas and a large well equipped kitchen."

"Lovely chalet in the forest. It would be better if we had connection to WiFi. There was no mobile data connection with Vodaphone."

"No easy chairs to relax on, only fold up chairs in the kitchen area. A sewerage smell like dirty drains. The retic came on at 7.30 in the morning waking us up as it was hammering against the outside wall and not going over the plants. The kettke the tap to fill up. No instructions on how to work the TV. Very tight parking area for our chalet. Glad the night we had there was for a necessary event in town and not part of a holiday"

"House was beautiful with lots of lovely features. Rooms were well equipped; the outside setting was great for afternoon drinks.Host was quick to respond with the questions I had during the stay.Would highly recommend "

"The property was welcoming to pets. It even had an enclosed yard for the dog to run around. Overall it was a beautiful place brings rest to a weary body in Mind. The only thing was i was looking forward to a nice spa bath, but the water came out brown and dirt come out of the Jets so couldn't use it. "

"Basic but clean and spacious accommodation with lovely view of the lake. We didn't get to use the facilities as arrived late and left early but the food in the restaurant was good and the staff were lovely."
