"I booked a 5 day stay came in late Wed night and then the next day after our outdoor trip I could not find my prescription smart glasses that I kept in my locked luggage!. I still tried to look for it until Friday but no luck. Reported it to the desk in thar evening and was told that I will be updated but no calls or anything! I had to pass by the desk that morning to get an update before my important meeting but apparently no note was made about my complaint. Instead, I was told the same thing that housekeeping will be asked about it. Come Sat evening still no news about it and my check out day is almost near! I chose to stay in this hotel for the good reviews it was getting and now I cant say it was a good review for me. The desk staff that saturday night was not helpful at all or sorry about me losing my personal stuff. No solution or offer of help and was very argumentative as if he was the one who lost something. Not recommending this hotel at all due to staffs unprofessional behavior. Bad experience!"

"Stay was good, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. Only thing is that the Food in the restaurant was pretty terrible. Would stay again, just eat somewhere else. "

"The room was very dirty. Crumbs all over the sofa. Floors dirty. Hairs in sink and on counters. Pile of hair beside the toilet. I wouldn’t even take a shower there. It was a good price, but you get what you pay for."

"I stayed 5 days in this hotel traveling from California, the room are clean and the sheets smells good. I have one only suggestions that they have to changes there breakfast I noticed there breakfast is always they same they have to changes it every other day so the costumers don't get tired of it."
