Disappointed overall

The description of the property and the reality were rather different. The beds weren't comfortable, there was no bedding available for the pullout beds in the living room and they were tiny and beyond uncomfortable. The towels felt more like sandpaper than towels, no dishtowels to be found. No tissues, glasses and mugs mismatched. Certainly not a luxury stay. We also could not check in at 4 as expected, cleaners were still there. There were hairs in the tubs, just not the cleanest overall.

The property is very new...During our stay , in the morning I was having shower in one of the washroom upstairs and suddenly after few minutes the water is dripping in the kitchen are from the ceiling. I immediately realized there must be a leakage in the washroom.. I immediately sent a text message to the owner of property and she acknowledged it. But due to this we ere not able to use that washroom and with family of 7 we were stuck with only 01 washroom. That definitely give us a hard time. We stayed there for 2 nights. Rest was okay..
