"Even though this hotel was out of our way, we booked specifically because of the waterpark. We put other plans on hold Friday evening so the kids can have a swim night. The water in the pool was freezing. Someone had to come out and fix it as it was unbearable. It would take hours for the pool to warm up after the maintenance was done and we had to check out the next day. The overall Vibe at the hotel was not the same as two years ago when we last visited. Front desk was not as pleasant or welcoming when checking in. "

"We stayed only 1 night and did not use the facilities or the breakfast bar. While the room was just fine for its cleanliness, etc., the neighbouring room had a dog that barked nonstop from 10:30 pm to 11:45 pm. I would have thought rooms that allow pets would not be right beside rooms that do not. For non smokers such as ourselves, it is unfortunate that the front entrance has a strong lingering smoky smell. "

"The unit was clean, bright and convenient. It was also stocked with absolutely everything we needed!! Having a garage to park in was a very nice bonus and saved us from having to clean off our vehicle. There was parking on street for our other vehicle and it was close to the unit. Will definitely stay here again. The only uncomfortable thing was the couch when we were just hanging out, it maybe needs replacing but that’s a small inconvenience. We will be recommending this place to others. "
