"Great location to the mall and easy to get to other parts of the city. 24 hour Denny’s was great to grab a treat after hot tub soak or Chop for a glass of wine. Room was clean, modern and comfortable."

"I had a very short stay but enjoyed my experience. The only issue I had was finding parking and I’m so grateful one of front staff offered to move his car so I would have a spot. It was the middle of a big blizzard so it was not easy for him. I really appreciated it. "

"This is by far my favourite place to stay in Edmonton. The rooms are beautiful and having two king beds is such a bonus—everything feels spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff at this location truly make the experience. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which keeps us coming back. The included full breakfast is always good and a great start to the day. The only downside this time was the pool area—the sauna was closed and the hot tub was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we still love staying here and will absolutely be back. Thank you for another great visit!"

"Older hotel, and shows general lack of upkeep and improvements over the years. The pool, hot tub and slide area not very clean or maintained - hot tub jets were not working. Did have complimentary breakfast, although basic, still was a bit of a bright spot. Definitely need more seating availability, eating area very small. Overall, if you are not picky…then definitely economical. Probably would not stay there again, based on the general condition of the hotel and lack of pool cleanliness."

"Headboards were not clean, bathroom was not clean, mattresses were comfortable, but old and no mattress protectors to protect against bed bugs. Pool was closed, We got it on Expedia for super cheap so did not expect much, but would have been horrified to pay over $100.00"
