"very very friendly & helpful staff !!!! hotel is a bit older, but they renovated a lot and my seaside room had a certain kind of nostalgic & new interior atmosphere. the terrace is very roomy, restaurant next building has live music every nigh - lovely live band - not too loud. seaside view is not really given , building is not frontrow and it can be a bit noisy if u sit on the terrace. ur sleep won’t get disturbed by the surroundings ! "

"The resort is fantastic for families and we will definitely go here again. There is a fab kids club and entertainment team with a kiddi disco that the children loved. The evening entertainment was great as well. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for four and had all the cooking facilities you needed. I would have marked as excellent but all pillows were so hard and not comfy and the room was so cold with no way to change aircon to heat (it was mid May and weather ok, we did have rain) so we slept badly as cold (did have a sheet and blanket each) and uncomfy pillow. We didn’t ask for extra blankets and I suppose we should have done. In warmer months a cool apartment would be a blessing. I recommend this resort as it was close to beach, bus stops, bars, shops etc."

"My sister and I stayed for a mini break and the hotel was perfect in many ways. Location excellent, quiet, but a nice stroll into the centre along the waters edge in about 15 minutes. The food was excellent, so much choice and the restaurant was really lovely, nice interiors and gorgeous view of the bay. Our room was nice, apart from the drain smell, but you soon learn to keep a towel over the shower drain. (The cleaner showed us this!) We stayed in a suite which was lovely as we had a lot of space and big loungers on the terrace but the only drawback about these rooms was they were level 1 and right above the bar, so the music was really loud at night. But it wouldn’t put me off coming back. We really enjoyed it."

"Natalia on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, taking us to the pharmacy & getting a Dr’s appointment..Nothing seems to be too much trouble from all the staff we have encountered.. Spa & treatments amazing.. Breakfast & meals in the hotel outstanding truly 5 star. "

"Fantastic hotel in a great location, room with balcony sea view was nice, pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds but the towels are out early but always found a couple, breakfast is good but could of done with some granola for the yogurt, evening meal was always good with plenty of options & a themed night every night, every thing was fresh & tasty & imo its well worth having the evening meal, all in all its a very nice hotel & i wouldn't think twice about returning. If there is a negative its that there is no smoking area & they have plenty of outdoor space to include one, you had to go & stand by the front entrance to smoke which isn't very nice, i spoke to afew smokers & non smokers & no one liked it & it looks bad for the hotel when you got a group standing there smoking but it's a nice hotel & it wouldn't stop me from returning. "
