"A great example of how 5* should be. A warm welcome you can't help but notice the lovely subtle aroma as you enter reception, which carries on throughout the hotel. The room was lovely a wonderful view of the marina below from the spacious balcony. The breakfast was amazing, unhurried, outstanding cooked breakfast including possibly the best omelette i've had, a great choice of fresh fruit and a fantastic setting. We spent time by the pool, we were guided to the loungers by the pool chap each time we visited. To top it off, we were dropped and collected each evening in the port to dine, really great service and the restaurant just calls the hotel and they collect you. Would highly recommend and will definitely return."

"Amazing location. Three apartment had everything to make the stay perfect, including all the beach mats and toys. Literally on the loveley El Toro beach. Really close to all the amazing facilities (restaurant, dive centre etc of Port Adriano). "

"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time! We had a central Junior Suite on 3rd floor overlooking pool and the bay. It was very spacious with two single beds together which made a huge King size bed. Only criticism is bathroom needs attention. It is only separated from the bedroom by a wooden arch. There is huge jacuzzi bath which I can’t believe anybody uses and just takes up space. Also with the amount of counter space under the long mirror I feel there should be two basins. However the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Although the room is very spacious it is little tired and modernisation would be welcome. The pool and poolside is kept extremely clean and sunbeds checked every day. Not too much bed reserving so you can have breakfast and still get somewhere to sit by the pool. There is no beach as the hotel is built into the cliff side but there is a small jetty to jump in the sea. Overall the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few bars and shops a short walking distance and Santa Ponsa town 15-20 minutes walk. It’s the staff and views that make this hotel special. "

"The apartment is great and just perfectly located. It has everything (and I mean everything) you need! Kitchen and bathroom well-equipped, very clean, comfortable beds and yes, ok - no air con but the ceiling fans are great! And the views from the balcony - just breathtaking! Every evening we sat there with a G&T before heading out to the delights of Port Adriano. The Port is literally outside your door and is just gorgeous! Huge, millionaires’ yachts are surrounded by the most beautiful bars and restaurants! All the tables have amazing views of the marina and fresh fish (naturally) is served at all of them alongside every other taste - from vegan to carnivore! Just below the apartment is a restaurant/bar which may not look the most inviting but oh, the food is fabulous! Freshly cooked paella is a must! There is a wide, beautiful sandy public beach and also a small cove below the apartment which we had virtually to ourselves for the whole week! We normally hire a car when on holiday but this time we didn’t and were glad we took the owner, Peter’s advice. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment block - one way to Palma, the other to Santa Ponsa. We had a couple of day trips to both but quite frankly, we couldn’t wait to get back to El Toro and our own little ‘Private Beach!’I want to live here!"

"Hotel is really wonderful! We stayed for 4 nights in June. 4 adults and a 16 month old. Swimming pool options are great, Barcy club for the kids was great, buffet options were really varied, waiters and waitresses were very friendly, rooms were comfortable and we had an incredible view over the sea, activities were great. The real gem was you can walk down a small slope and you are on the beach, it’s incredible! Very safe beach with shallow water. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you! "
