"Could be the perfect hotel if the outdoor pools opened earlier than 10am and if they can sort out bedroom soundproofing or create adults only accommodation areas to reduce intrusive noise from young families in adjacent rooms.

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, communicative, and helpful from check-in to the restaurant service. However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive.
Cocktails were premixed, and there was an extra charge for well drinks, snacks like chips and candy, which I found unusual for this kind of resort. The main restaurant only served three meals a day, and taking food outside the...

The only negative comment would be that the buses drive past the hotel every few minutes which can be annoying during breakfast and dinner. Overall we would recommend staying here. "
"First time visiting Mallorca for our honeymoon. First impression of the owners was super welcoming and wow the hotel is even better in real life than the photos! The breakfast is fresh and options for their great omelets made by the owners wife. The staff are also super friendly and make you feel like home right away. Will definitely come back!!

"Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful.

Getting a taxi to the airport was very easy, getting a taxi at any other time you need to book ahead or prepare to wait. There’s a shuttle at 10am and 5pm that the hotel run to Paguera, it’s a shame it’s only twice a day. So would recommend a hire car if spending longer than a few days here."

"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time!
We had a central Junior Suite on 3rd floor overlooking pool and the bay. It was very spacious with two single beds together which made a huge King size bed. Only criticism is bathroom needs attention. It is only separated from the bedroom by a wooden arch. There is huge jacuzzi bath which I can’t believe anybody uses and just takes up space. Also with the amount of counter space under the long mirror I feel there should be two basins. However the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Although the room is very spacious it is little tired and modernisation would be welcome. The pool and poolside is kept extremely clean and sunbeds checked every day. Not too much bed reserving so you can have breakfast and still get somewhere to sit by the pool. There is no beach as the hotel is built into the cliff side but there is a small jetty to jump in the sea. Overall the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few bars and shops a short walking distance and Santa Ponsa town 15-20 minutes walk. It’s the staff and views that make this hotel special. "
"Our base while attending the ATP250 tennis championships at the Mallorca Country Club. Excellent location just off the main drag so a little quieter. Staff very friendly and efficient. We stayed in premium rooms in the Sunrise block. The pools were very busy so the little rooftop pool was a great escape. The breakfast offered lots of choice - cooked breakfast, omelettes made to order, pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, nuts/seeds, cereal. Our room had 2 double beds, a fridge, tea/coffee, lots of storage and was spotlessly clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "
