"Very friendly staff, the room was large with a king bed and a couch. Very clean. The breakfast buffet was only $11 and there were lots of choices. My only very small complaint was that the heat was a little tiny bit louder then I would have liked but other then that this hotel along with its amazing staff was a 10 out of 10"

"The room is clean and functional. Unfortunately, the pillows are horrible. Housekeeping woke us up at 8 am the first morning, so that wasn’t great. Overall, it was a good stay. "

"This is my 4th time staying at this place. This is my favourite place to stay in Toronto. The rooms are spotless, and I really like the private parking. The bar and restaurant are both excellent. The staff are warm, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re well taken care of. The ventilation is also great, so the rooms feel fresh and comfortable even the next day."

"Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options"
