"Jireh House is so convenient for ferry, right in centre of Yarmouth. Warm welcome from the owner who was so helpful to my husband who has reduced mobility. Room excellent, overlooking the square, amazingly quiet overnight. Very comfortable with toilet washbasin and shower. The whole place is tastefully decorated adding to the ambience Breakfast certainly worth having. Friendly staff and food available all day. Easy access to public transport if you don't wish to bring a car over. We came over as foot passengers, a cheaper option to the expense of car ferry. We highly recommend and will return."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We have been to the IOW many times over the years, but this is our first time staying at the Albion, but it won't be our last! Would like to have dined at the hotel's restaurant - The Rock - one evening, but there was very little offered on the menu for vegans, so we went elsewhere. Having spoken to the restaurant manager about this, hopefully that will change soon. Likewise some issues with vegan options at breakfast - again we were assured this was changing. Breakfast location overlooking the bay with the sun coming up was lovely though. We had a suite overlooking the bay and it was spectacular watching the stormy sea raging and the waves crashing against the windows (August Bank Holiday weather)! The IOW is definitely our happy place and the Albion will be our 'go to' hotel for our future visits. :)"

"Paws a while is a lovely caravan to stay in. It has beautiful views across the Solent. Watching the boats come and go while enjoying the view from the decking area was really enjoyable. The site it's situated on in Thorness Bay is very quiet with access down to the bay. Lovely for a nice stroll. The caravan was lovely and clean, well equipped and the owner was always easy to reach and communicate with. It was a great base for our days out or just to unwind and lazy days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there."

"A lovely place to stay in Calbourne, which is a great place to explore the Isle of Wight. The accommodation had everything we needed for those days when it rained a bit that we stayed in and comfortable beds for when we had been out all day exploring.The Property was clean and well maintained and the owner was communicative and available if we had any questions/queries.We have stayed before and would definitely come back again."

"Except location, for attractions and activities. Noisy at night on the weekends around town but usually quiets down by 11 pm. Saturday morning chef was not good. The toast was a door stop and barely toasted and the butter was liquid! In the plastic packet. Service was also slow at breakfast but only on the Saturday. All other days were brilliant. Room 4 has a very small sink in toilet/shower room. A sink more appropriate for a cloakroom toilet. Other than those comments loved the Bugle and would return but not to room 4."

"A beautiful house in a spectacular setting. Six adults and four children, a wonderful family reunion to celebrate my 80th birthday. So much space, so much to do for everybody. We loved it all, Hattie learned to ride a bike, Tris stood up on the paddle board and 'played' the piano when he could, Benny loved the fruit trees and the bees and Jakey perfected his front flip on the trampoline. We all enjoyed the pool.Many thanks for sharing your home with us."

"What a beautiful apartment! It is spotlessly clean, freshly decorated with all the home comforts you could possibly want and more - and the view of the sea is stunning. From the moment I arrived I felt at home and totally relaxed. The hosts have thought of everything and they are great communicators. I can't wait to return!"
