Despite customers checking in/out he spent an hour with us looking at options online and helping us to book. Nice location and rooms were spacious, I would 100% recommend this hotel and its staff. "

"Para empezar durante la reserva solicité que si podría modificar la reserva de MP a TI, me dijeron que no era temporada y al llegar resultó que había gente con TI. Pregunté expresamente si la piscina climatizada estaba en uso y me dijeron que si, pero estaba cerrada por obras. Uno de mis hijos se puso enfermo y no modifique la reserva de habitación pero considerando que íbamos a estar 5 días podrían hacer retirado el cargo de las comidas al ser buffet, no lo hicieron cobrándome 5 días de comidas no consumidas. 2 días además las pedimos para PICNIC y te dan una miserable bolsa con una botella de agua, una manzana y un Sandwich de salami, siempre lo mismo. En hoteles de mucha menos categoría nos han dado un picnic de desayuno muchísimo más completo y elaborado que eso que en teoría es una comida completa de un buffet que no consumes. Sobre la limpieza de la habitación es barrer de mala manera, porque observé que una etiqueta de una camiseta que estaba en el suelo del baño permaneció en el mismo sitio los 5 días. Y las sábanas, mi hijo de 3 años las mancho y por ello puedo comprobar que las sabanas eran las mismas. Estirada la cama sin cambiar sábanas. Las instalaciones están bien, pero hay detalles fácilmente subsanables que consiguen dejarte con mal sabor de boca a la salida. Había ido más veces a este hotel pero no repetiré . "

"We loved our 10 days in this beautiful villa. The views were amazing, so close to the sea. The villa was comfortable for 2 adults and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a five minute walk to the closest small grocery store. We visited at the end of October and were surprised to see that the restaurants close by had closed for the season. Jose Maria was great to work with. Excellent communication and checkin/checkout emails and videos. "

"The views were beautiful. Comfortable apartment. Felt safe. Great location near to beach. Leaving the keys in a key safe on arrival. Very basic kitchen equipment. No pool sunbeds."

"The villa is a great space for a large group and young children. The garden has good space for playing, eating and the two pools were perfect. The beautiful beach is only a minute walk. Ideal. It was good having a rental car to get to the busier areas, but restaurants around were lovely (Mex&Co was delicious), and having our own bbq area. Definitely recommend! We were disappointed that there were no basic sanitary provisions (such as hand soap in the toilets, washing basin or plug, or dish towels). Ideally, there would be a dishwasher for a large villa like that, but at least the basics to clean. Likewise, things like cleaning spray, extra bin bags, oven gloves, drying rack, an indoor broom were all missing). We had to purchase all these things, and of course most of it gets left behind (I hope the next guests were provided these and they were not dumped/wasted). I see these things as basic essentials. One final thing was that the garden gate key wasn't provided and the issue wasn't resolved via WhatsApp. These issues were all fixable and didn't ruin our stay at all, but would certainly be things that Planet Costa Dorada could improve to better peoples' experience and I'd then happily give 5 stars."
