This a nice hotel to stay at. Close to everything in Salou. We would stay here again in the future. Staff are all nice and friendly unlike what some other people say.One thing that lets the property down is the food. Terrible. Stayed half board basis and ate out 8 days of the 10 days we were there.Recommend room only

Lovely hotel. Well recommended

Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious. The food was lovely too. The restaurant was flooded due to torrential rain but the staff were amazing and worked hard together to get the place cleaned up and ready for the evening meals. A huge pat on the back to the staff.

Salou stay

Good hotel in the centre of Salou, 100m from the main beach. Furniture is rather old, but it has good restaurant serving delicious food. It is rather 3 stars than 4 stars hotel.

Very good /clean and seem safe location.

Overall the best thing about this hotel was location 5 mins walk to the beach , bus stops to two 5 and 7 mins away.Hotel and rooms were very Clean and modern look .Food was ok a good vararity every day but lacked a favavour , more catered for north European not for international taste.Was 4star rated.

Chambre 251 bruyante. On ne comprenait pas d'où venait les boom constant mais cela provenait des cables des ascenseurs face à la chambre. Le bruit raisonnait dans d'autres chambres car lrs gens tapaient dans les murs pour faire cesser le bruit. Dommage. Le bruit s'arretait vers 23h30 et repranait tôt le matin.

Bien dans son ensemble

Mon séjour a été confortable à tous points de vue. La qualité et le prix sont raisonnables dans son ensemble. Mme MARTA est une excellente personne à l'accueil. Par contre, le prix du parking journalier de 18 € me semble assez élevé. Rien à dire d'autre.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können, konnten wir uns immer verständigen. Das Essen ist durchweg lecker und sehr gut essbar. Auch die Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen sind fair. Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, langsame Verbindung, schlechte Abdeckung. Für das Parken braucht man ein wenig Geduld, da um das Hotel herum häufig alles zugeparkt ist. In der Hoteleigenen Garage fallen 12€ pro Tag an. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sauber, aber die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Handtücher werden täglich getauscht. Abends gibt es Livemusik. Leider ist das Hotel recht hellhörig, also Schlafen vor Ende der Veranstaltung (23:15 Uhr) ist eher schwierig. Alles in allem ist es okay, aber die vier Sterne verstehe ich nicht.

Tout était parfait, situation de l'hôtel à proximité de la plage et des commerces, personnel discret et attentionné, Marta au restaurant est un rayon de soleil, formule pension complète satisfaisante, repas de qualité et diversifiés, Chaque soir un repas à thème est proposé mais pas assez étoffé en choix. Nous avions la chambre 641 (top), aperçu mer et balcon d'angle, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de transats car la superficie le permettrait, ce serait un plus dans la prestation. Service en chambre impeccable. Hôtel à vocation familiale pas idéal cependant pour les jeunes. Félicitations pour la tenu de l'hôtel et ses prestations.

Opción interesante cerca de la playa.

Hotel correcto, buen precio, personal muy amable, habitación amplia y funcional, con cocina. Buen colchón. A 3 minutos andando de la playa. Bufet mejorable, por encima de lo que puede ser un hotel de esta categoría. Por Dios, quiten el cartel de "paella" a esos arroces. Precio de las bebidas del buffet, correctos. A pesar de ese asunto, buena opción. Hotel recomendable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement en famille. Hôtel très bien situé à 2 minutes de la plage, de la station principale de bus (nous avons utilisé le bus pour se rendre à Port aventura Park pour info 9,75e les 10 trajets avec la carte puis 6,75 la recharge!!! Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour s’y rendre passage à 10h00 max moins de 10 min pour y accéder en sachant que les attractions ouvrent à 10h30😉) L’hôtel, personnel agréable, les repas, nous avions pris demi pension, cuisine variee et bonne il faut le souligner pas toujours le cas dans les buffets a volonté. La période était propice l’hôtel n’était pas surchargé en tout cas pour nous super séjour. Merci vacances réussies ☺️

La chambre était correcte ainsi que le ménage. Piscine correcte sauf le manque le transats libres du fait que les gens déposes les serviettes pour réserver les places alors qu'il ne sont pas là tout le temps.(un panneau à l'entrée de la piscine indique que ce n'est pas autorisé et que les serviettes seront enlevés par le personnel au bout d'un certain temps mais jamais fait !!!). Cette pratique est de toute façon commune à tous les hôtels avec piscine. Les petits déjeuner étaient bien. Les repas du soir par contre étaient décevants pour les raisons suivants: -Salle de restauration très bruyante comme dans une cantine (familles avec enfants de bas ages) -Plat répétitifs et manque de choix (ex:pas de paella en une semaine de présence !!! -Fruits non murs Parking assez cher , 18 euros la journée mais pas trop le choix..... Nous sommes partis un jour avant et nous ne retourneront ni dans cet hôtel ni dans un autre hôtel de la ville de Salou.
