i have been in hotels in different countries but this hotel was very bad experience for me and my family the activities in the hotel is very good specially for kids but the hygiene levels is 0 i was asking 4_5 times until they clean my room i wait two days until the room cleaner came, also there's no laundry in the hotel there's no service that they take your clothes to clean i was shocked, the food was fine but not very good, in the room there's no kettle or any tea or coffee

This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. As were the 4 neighbouring restaurants which was nice. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s about 15 mins in a taxi from the heart of Salou so you need a taxi. No prom/walkway to get there other than local roads. A small beach at the rear of the hotel was nice. Overall a nice short 5 night break. If you want more going on this little resort is not for you , you’ll want the bigger resort next door of Salou.

nice hotel for some days of relaxing.

nice Hotel. and friendly staff. very good beach on the hotel ground, nice pool and water park 1) Food in the big buffet is only okay. too much consideration is given to the fact that there are many English people, so almost no Spanish food, but beans, burgers and fries. you have to be at the restaurant when I opens if you want a nice table and not stand in line to get in. 2). the hotel lets people reserve sun chairs in the morning without using them, people are stingy and take chairs, tables and parasols and then leave them for several hours. 3). There is no control at the indoor hot pool in the spa area, so 12-15 year olds make water bombs and spray so there is no peace and it is difficult to be there with small children

Better than a 3 star hotel. Highly recommended.

Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel am Samstag, dem 4. Oktober, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Abendessen war köstlich. Auch das Essen am Sonntag war köstlich. Allerdings konnte ich am Sonntag nicht um eine Zimmerreinigung bitten. Ich musste mich an die Rezeption wenden, aber ab Montag war das Essen schrecklich. Wir vermuten, dass die ständige Wiederholung auf die Schließung des Hotels zurückzuführen ist, da die Kartoffeln nicht frisch vom Vortag waren und die Gerichte mehrmals aufgewärmt wurden. Beim Fleisch gab es überhaupt keine Auswahl. Das gegrillte Fleisch war zäh und nicht zu kauen. Einmal war mir nach dem Abendessen so schlecht, dass ich die halbe Nacht mit Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen im Badezimmer verbrachte. All-inclusive-Getränke (für Männer) waren praktisch nicht verfügbar, nicht einmal die kostenpflichtigen. Wenn etwas ausging, öffnete das Personal weder eine neue Flasche, füllte sie nicht nach oder meldete, dass etwas fehlte. Dasselbe passierte mit Granita-Eis, Pommes und anderen Dingen. Der Wendepunkt kam, als wir beim Abendessen Metallspäne auf dem Teller meiner Tochter fanden! Auf keinen Fall, und nie wieder! Wäre der Strand nicht so nah am Hotel gewesen und es gäbe kein Kinderbecken mit Attraktionen (der Whirlpool war kostenpflichtig), wäre unser Aufenthalt ein kompletter Reinfall gewesen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

La chambre bien. Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et le refrigerateur n a pas de givreur. pas de glacons pour la glaciere. Pour un voyageur au long cours c est pas ideal. Refrigerateur un peu trop petit... Le television n a pas de chaine francaise ni canal plus. Pas de journal des chaines . Un ventilateur solo serait le bienvenu. Sinon tout le reste ok. Diner et petit dejeuner supers. Acceuil tres bien avec une personne parlant francais.

El acceso a la cala una maravilla, el hotel tiene esa baza. Pero por lo demás nefasto: gestión deficiente, mucho ruido en el hotel en general, pero sobretodo con niños correteando por los pasillos, cuya limpieza no es que sea cuestionable, sino inexistente. El resto de la habitación sucia, manchas en las paredes de origen desconocido, pero certeramente desagradables, arena en el suelo desde la entrada... no hay por donde cogerlo. Como toque final el enganche donde engancha el pestillo de la puerta roto, dando una sensación de inseguridad constante... El bufet correcto, variedad y razonablemente bueno, pero sabiendo lo limpio que estaba el resto, no pondría la mano en el fuego. Una experiencia para aprender.

El personal de limpieza no da abasto y las habitaciones no están limpias. Pedí un día que me pasaran la mopa y me dijeron que si lo harían, no lo hicieron y tuve que pedirlo en recepción. Masificado. La comida buena. El señor que sirve en el bar de la piscina sin toboganes por la mañana muy amable y profesional, lastima no recordar su nombre. El suelo de las piscinas no es apropiado y resbala mucho para los niños. Personal de animación muy bien.
