The Hyatt was a great Hotel in Cairo , clean , quiet and secured. Only downfall was they didn’t have a microwave in their rooms. Overall Great.

The staff was excellent. Not a bad place to stay. There is still a lot of work being done but once the area is complete it will be great. I really felt safe in this area. The food was great as well and I would def go back!

Everything about this property was amazing. We ended up arriving at 2 in the morning local time to check in, and Rami was more than happy to see us and check us in. Throughout our stay, Rami went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Was more than happy to answer each and every question we had. We were even able to exchange USD to Egyptian pounds here at this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is close to pyramids. Breakfast was top notch, and dinner at the bar did not disappoint. Food was unbelievable. Would not change a single thing about this hotel.

Excellence in Cairo
Staff, facilities, (even have a pool table), simply can not be over rated. As a world traveler, I can say this is one of the best locations I've ever visited.

First room ac made a terrible noise, changed to a pyramid view ... you can barely see the pyramids. The curtians didn't blook all light ... the shower was in a closet with a bath ... most odd!!! generally not what I would expect from a new Hyatt.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful... Mr Ramy front desk manager was very helpful to help us with our late check out and made a surprise for my daughter's birthday. The hotel had its soft opening in September 2021 and on the night of my arrival which was February 20 of 2022, it was their official grand opening. The hotel is gorgeous; the pool is phenomenal; and given its newness, the entire premises is modern and clean. There is only one open restaurant on site at the moment (Park hall), but the food is incredible. It offers a variety of Spanish, Italian, and American food. It also has a wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of variety. The wait staff is incredibly helpful and gracious, but a bit inexperienced for a high-end hotel. Nonetheless, their eagerness to please totally Compensated for any inexperience. I’m sure that the more traffic this hotel gets as time marches on, the service will improve as well. I had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel and would go back for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our trip to Cairo and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the city! The hotel is new and very beautiful on the inside. It has a luxury feel and the room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and the food was delicious, so much better than any of the other hotels in Cairo. We had dinner at the restaurant located on the site and the food was flavourful and fresh. The only complaint is that the price of food is a bit too high, especially for the breakfast ($24 USD per person), and the hotel is far away from the east side of Cairo where some of the main attractions are.

If it is Cairo West, it has to be Hyatt Regency.
It was a pleasant surprise, knowing that they were very new. Very few and small areas to improve upon, and a feedback was requested at check out and I was very happy to share with them. The food line could be more accommodative to include some Asian cuisine also.......

Hyatt New Year 2022.
Our stay was great. Very clean and personnel were attentive. Used the sauna and hot tub. The hot tub temperature on both male and female section needs to be warmer.

Very good and hospitable hotel. Still under soft opening so a couple of the Restaurants were still not open. So didn't get the full experience
