"I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last ten years and every time has been wonderful. This visit was no exception. The hotel reception and other staff were so welcoming and helpful. Rowan the night duty manager was incredibly accommodating and we wanted to thank him personally for going above and beyond. Looking forward to our next visit to Cairns and hope to stay longer. "

"A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room. Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere. For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us. Great stay, lovely place. Thank you"
