"Lovely comfortable room excellent breakfast and dinner. I have put 4 stars for service because the serving of breakfast was a little slow even on one quieter morning. However the staff were excellent in their delivery and friendliness "
"Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Could not fault at all. Comfortable rooms.Excellent breakfast and dinners available. Super value for money. Will definitely use this hotel again."
"Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else before me. Just thought it was a mistake but then did exactly the same thing to my wife when she went the bar. The member of staff in question needs retraining as when I asked him it would be best next time to ask who was next he just gave a sarcastic reply. Apart from that the stay was good. "
