"Staff friendly "

"The space is beautiful. The location gorgeous. Some issues for me: There wasn't a place to fill up a water bottle. It was so loud. SO LOUD. The marble in the lobby is beautiful, but it carries sound. We heard every conversation downstairs, every laugh, every song played in the lobby, and every person walking through in the morning. We even could hear the elevator ding. The beds are super firm and with the partiers in the lobby until the wee hours and the early risers in the lobby right away, we barely slept. I bought ear plugs and it helped, but I wouldn't return due to the noise. We didn't eat at the restaurant. Breakfast isn't included. "

"Breakfast was terrible! The egg and cheese omelette was still frozen. The pancake machine never worked. The only thing that was edible was the oatmeal. Checking in was horrendous! She couldn’t find my reservation even though I had the expedia confirmation number. Room was clean and nicely put together."

"Person checking in was nice, room was cheap and place felt safe, but the room was disgustingly dirty! Seems like they only vaccum and pick up garbage. The bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned in months. Lamp shades were stained and moldy. Bathroom was moldy. There were stains on the bedskirt. Just overall filthy. "
