"Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Bed was a little too firm for our liking but others might love that. Parking was a little hard to locate because it’s behind the hotel and you have to get on the other street Our only complaint was that we could smell sewer periodically over the 20 hours we stayed and maybe that’s just typical of San Jose Del Cabo. Outside of that, the hotel was A plus. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Flamboyan. Gerardo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. All the staff were great. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the proximity to the plaza. Many dining and shopping options in the area. "

"So we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. With the day pass we had access to all the amenities"

"Staff was very nice specially cook and made brenda was very nice and acomadating except for receptionnist was very rude needs education in costumer service. We would hand her our cards or cash and she would throw or slide things back didnt let us know when we were done with transactions amd just rude. Hotel room was very clean and nice except for AC when we turn it on it smell like viniger and smell didnt go away so we didnt turn on it on also internet was very slow. Hotel is still under construction can bear a saw early in the morning amd didnt stop on weekends got woken up everyday 730 or 8am even on weekend days. "
