"This property was really nice. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Diego at the concierge was very helpful. He made the stay extra comfortable and constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Axel and Kenia were helpful and friendly at the coffee house. The gym was very clean.. we took classes with Nelson and Orlando. The servers at the several restaurants were nice and checked every time about allergies like Jose, Christian to name a few were great. My only issues were the limited activities, early close time for the adult only pool and restaurants availability. "

"We recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience for our group of four—two adults and two little ones (ages 2 and 3). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean the property was and how welcoming both the guests and staff were. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. The water park was such a fun bonus for the kids. Even though we spent most of our time exploring outside the resort, we made it a point to take the little ones to the water park in the mornings before heading out on evening excursions. They absolutely loved it! One unexpected highlight was Javier’s. It wasn’t originally on our list of places to try, but after seeing the menu we decided to give it a chance—and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and definitely worth recommending. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This resort truly deserves a 10 out of 10, and we would gladly recommend it to friends and family planning a trip to Cabo."

"I stayed here when it was the original Tropicana. It was closed for 3 years and went through a complete renovation. The staff was kinder and more attentive than any five star hotel I have stayed at. "

"Half the pool area was under construction. Lots of noise. The pool bar was not operational. What i didnt like was that there was no mentiob of any of this when i was booking my stay. Other than that the resort was great with very friendly staff"

"We visited Drift on a trip to enjot the Mezcal selections. We returned this time to stay, and enjoy the Mezcal selections. The weather did not cooperate this stay but we were treated great by the staff and we still had a wonderful stay. Just wish it could have been longer. And without a hurricane."
