"We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

"Nice getaway with everything we needed. Property was private and secluded and a great place to escape and enjoy time with my wife. "There were ten of us and the house was perfect! We saw whales from the club house every morning around 7am. We had the chef come in three times and the food and margaritas were really good! There is a grocery store across the street from the gate entrance that we got our supplies from. We had to cross a busy street but it was very convenient. Went into town once which was only 10-15 min ride. We loved being on the rooftop at night under the stars! We will definitely be coming back!!"

"We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. "
