A proprietária nem quis ouvir a reclamação passando o assunto para funcionária que ignorou e não solucionou o problema. Faltou água (para tomar banho e no vaso sanitário). Água da torneira saindo com sujeiras sendo que no segundo dia saiu com muito mais sujeiras e com cor amarela. Áreas gramadas de circulação e recreação repletas de esterco de...

"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "
