"This resort exceeded every expectation! Food was amazing, so many choices at the buffets. Breakfast was especially great everyday. Lots of space, chairs by the pool a plenty. Lots of entertainment. If we needed anything, we requested through the app and it was there within the hour. Staff were great. It is geared towards a party crowd, so the parties were loud and the walls were thin, but if you can live with that, go go go! Would recommend to anyone. "

"Gorgeous hotel with great amenities all up to date. Staff could not be nicer. But the third party company they contract for food and beverage is absolutely price gouging people. So food logistics become something you really have to think about as a family to go offsite for everything. $28 USD for a sparkling water and an orange juice? We will not be staying again. "

"This our first time to stay in Hyatt Zivas. The staffs are great, they are really help us with great service, the only thing that I don’t like is that the alcohol really bad! Example is margarita tastes cheap! The foods are great, the only one bad is Dozo, where the food is bad, bad sushi, especially sashimi. Overall we had a great time. All staff’s restaurants are great, the pool is great the room is great. Can we have discount for 2nd time?😊"

"Overall the staff was not very friendly. The resort is beautiful but it takes a couple of days to find your way around. The only orientation you will get comes with a two and a half hour sales pitch to get you to buy a timeshare. We refused so had to find our own way around. There are no signs on the property to help you navigate your way around but we found the best way is to take the golf cart shuttles. Food was about average. Some good some bad. They advertise a private beach but it’s unusable. The surf is dangerous and there is no swimming or beach activities. There is absolutely no entertainment. Nothing to do but lay around the pool and drink. That got boring very quickly. Left the resort on two different days and still found it boring. We were in bed at 8:00 every night out of boredom. "
