"Restaurant are rip offs, staff are nice but some are condescending, good part of hotel is still under construction, just underwhelming overall, we will not revisit again and would not recommend this hotel to any others."

"everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and the swim up pool made stay very enjoyable. The extra perk of pool service from our pool was great for lunch and drinks no need to get dressed. All of the Reserve staff were friendly and very helpful."

"This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive."

"The property was clean and but very outdated and maintained but not well. Our shower had huge chunks missing in the tile. Dish after dish was dirty that I pulled out the cabinet not talking about some dust but old food and grease on the plates. The hotel restaurant was overpriced for the less than mediocre food. Never had ceviche take 20 minutes and had carrots in it. The “private beach” was extremely small and lead out to rocks and the staff advised us not to swim in the ocean due to strong currents and you could smash against the rocks. The view was spectacular 10/10 and because of the location you could see so many stars which was great since we had a balcony. You are very isolated in this location you have to use your own car or uber to get around. There were golf carts that staff would drive you around on to get to the different areas of the hotel. However, the staff did not always answer the phone for you to request they give you a ride somewhere. The walkways has a lot of hills so if you have mobility issues or small children it’s not ideal to walk you need a ride. In the summer with the heat and humidity I was drenched after 10 minutes of walking. Very disappointed"
