Top CITIC Square Hotel Reviews

Radisson Collection Hyland Shanghai

8/10 Good

"Location! Easy access to shopping street and subways."

Green Court Residence City Center Shanghai People's Square

10/10 Excellent

"Green Court Residence is very well located in the heart of People’s Square. Most main attractions are within walking distance or a short train/bus ride away. The Studio Plus room has a kitchen which is great for longer stays. Everything is clean and service is excellent. Highly recommend the hotel airport shuttle pickup, it’s worth the extra money for a smooth process after a long tiring flight."

Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai

10/10 Excellent

"Nice quiet garden area as part of the hotel’s property. Interesting shops close by."

Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

"Every thing is good 😊"

UrCove by Hyatt Shanghai Jing'an

10/10 Excellent

"As a foreigner who lives in China, the check-in was very frustrating. I have a resident visa and use e-channel at the airport so I do not get stamps in my passport. I explained this to them in English and Mandarin and they would not listen to me. They didn’t understand e-channel but also would not listen to my explanation. At one point there were 4 staff members searching through my passport for the last entry stamp after I had told them the date of my last entry and that they wouldn’t find a stamp. Finally, they gave up (15 minutes later) and thanked me for teaching them something new. It was infuriating. HOWEVER, the room was excellent, the bed, fluffy towels, pillows, shower, everything was great! And I would stay again! Just train your staff on better check-in procedures for foreigners."

The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely spacious rooms, great breakfast spread, good gym and pool. Shirley - club lounge concierge - was very helpful in arranging some of our activities with external providers; staff were very courteous and helpful in general."

Conrad Shanghai

10/10 Excellent

"I never stay in corporate type hotels. When I travel, I prefer small mom and pop hotels, but I stayed here for a few nights and it seemed like a five star. Impeccable service and great food. Super nice stuff."
