The galley style kitchen is adjacent to the living area and overlooks the terrace. Completing this level is the second bedroom, which can be made up as a king or twin room if requested in advance. There is also a large bathroom and laundry.

On the second level you will find a cosy nook with sofa, perfect for relaxing with a good book or snoozing in front of a film. The beautiful master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a large soaker bathtub. There is a generous balcony on this level which offers ocean views and a secluded space to take in the refreshing sea breeze. This property sleeps four and is ideal for two couples or a small family.

The property has an outdoor shower by the entrance and ample secure parking in the large garage.

Only minutes walk from famous Watego's beach and a short drive to Byrons town centre, where you will find fabulous eateries, adventurous beach activities, as well as unique shopping and boutiques.
