Recently renovated, this beautifully appointed townhouse is situated in a quiet street 200m from Clarkes Beach and is perfect for your next holiday in Byron Bay. Set in a perfectly located holiday complex this sunny, spacious, three bedroom townhouse is simply the most perfect spot to enjoy everything Byron has to offer.

Park the car and walk everywhere Calinda Sol is the perfect setting for making holiday memories. Mornings on the beach lead to relaxed afternoons by the pool and dinner can be sorted with a short walk into town.

All three fully air-conditioned bedrooms and main bathroom are located upstairs. The main bedroom has a TV and a north facing deck with sun chairs perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The bathroom includes a bath, shower and separate powder room. There is a bunk bed in bedroom 3 with access to the front top balcony. Fans are located in the bedrooms and lounge room. The property enjoys ocean breezes for cooling cross ventilation.

Downstairs includes a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge room, spacious patio, second powder room and internal laundry. Modern appliances feature throughout including 50" TV, Blue Ray DVD player, bluetooth stereo speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and outdoor Weber gas BBQ.

The townhouse is fully equipped with all that you need for a family holiday. We supply beach and pool toys, boogie board, tennis racquets, high chair and safety gate.

Great property for families
We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5, with three young children. The location is great. House is spacious and air con works great. My only negative would be that the outside area could be cleaned up and made more useable. It's quite overgrown and messy out there so we didn't use it at all, aside from drying clothes.

Our stay in this property was a delight. Incedibly well, presented and appointed. A very comfortavle apartment for 6 of us (which is often difficult to achieve!) Great location, roomy with everything we needed.

Clean, comfortable and a great location
We are a family of five and stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great location. Easy walking distance to town and the beach. Two great coffee spots at either end of the street. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, secure parking. Would definitely stay here again. Owner and agent very good to deal with.

Great location near to Clarks beach
We loved our 4 week stay at 10 Calinda Sol. The house was perfectly located for us and was booked specifically due to the location as our daughters wedding was on Clarks beach and then the Beach Wedding venue. The roomy house was well equipped and comfortable. Getting a little bit tired and would benefit massively with a little upgrading and maybe installation of air con and auto garage doors. The furniture, both in the house and out on the deck were very good and comfortable. The facilities of the property e.g. the pool and short tennis court were both excellent and the grounds are maintained to a high standard. The provision of beach and pool toys and tennis racquets, boogie boards etc were very well used and appreciated.
