Only a short stroll from an amazing variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques, as well as supermarkets for all your essentials. The location, while only being two blocks back from Main Beach, is wonderfully quiet and private.

A Seventh Heaven is in a completely secure boutique block of villas with undercover garage parking for two cars on site, and internal access via its own separate stairwell, with intercom.

On entry to the apartment, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, which opens on to a dining area with an 8 seater dining table. The newly furnished TV and lounge area comes complete with 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player Foxtel. Unlimited Wi-Fi (via the NBN) is also provided free of charge to guests.

A spacious covered balcony which opens off the lounge area is lovely and quiet. There is also a huge north-facing terrace off the kitchen surrounded by a well-established garden filled with sunshine. It is complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting - the perfect place for relaxed family dining or entertaining after a day at the beach.

A large bathroom with internal laundry, separate guest toilet and a comfortable double bedroom completes this floor.

Upstairs you will find two elegant queen size bedrooms stylishly appointed and both with their own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.. The master suite also includes a generous spa bath and walk-in robe.

Great layout and location for a large group. However we had 6 adults and only 2 keys which made it difficult coming and going a combination lock or similar would have been better. Also first time ever to be given minamal toilet paper and soap in a stayz type accomodation. Would stay again.

We were able to walk everywhere from this apartment. Nice to have coffee shops right downstairs although being near restaurants you do get garbage trucks collecting each day - not a big deal. The lighting was a bit dim in the living area and kitchen but it was lovely to push open the large doors on each side for the breeze. There were a few basics provided such as soap and washing powder. There was a bad smell in the basement car park and a bag of laundry (linen) at our front door for the whole stay. Overall though we very much enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice and spacious apartment and the location in the heart of Byron Bay makes it very convenient! The decor and furniture also have character which makes it attractive. The only drawback is that the internet is unreliable and there are no essential supplies provided such as soap, tea, coffee etc. It's bare bones so take everything! Also, as we had a 7 night stay, it would have been nice to have a change of towels half way through.
