A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. "The check in and staff were amazing. They offered a welcome pack of a bottle of water and chocolate bar and breakfast bar. This wasn’t expected and due to the heat it was very welcome. We stayed as we had travelled for an Ed Sheeran concert and they had all the info of the show available and just went above and beyond ensuring the stay was pleasant and made a bond with their guests. I would thoroughly recommend staying and Kate (manager) was exceptional and so welcoming. "
