Enjoy the crystal-clear waters from the balcony, relax in multiple lounge areas, or take advantage of the kayaks, paddleboard, and surfboard provided. With designer interiors, games and toys, four and a half bathrooms, an outdoor pizza oven, and alfresco dining, this villa is designed for ultimate relaxation and adventure.
This stunning Mediterranean-style villa welcomes you with a majestic façade, vibrant gardens, and an unparalleled location mere steps from the shore. A spacious hallway leads to a beautifully adorned formal lounge, complete with plush seating and a crackling log fireplace. Upstairs, the main living and dining areas are designed for both serene relaxation and lively entertainment, both opening to separate balconies. Step out to savour mesmerising ocean views, alfresco dining, and the sizzle of a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, ample bench space, and a coffee machine for easy mornings.

The games room, featuring a pool table and shuffleboard, opens directly onto an outdoor oasis with a custom-built pizza oven, perfect for crafting gourmet pizzas. A cosy fire pit area casts a warm glow on cooler evenings, while the enclosed courtyard offers a tranquil escape to enjoy the gentle coastal breeze. The dedicated children’s playroom provides a safe haven for little ones to play. To complete the ultimate beachfront lifestyle, kayaks, a paddleboard, and a surfboard await your next adventure.

There are four beautifully styled bedrooms. Downstairs, an ultra-spacious bedroom enjoys a king four-poster and an en-suite, while a queen bedroom and a twin room share a family bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, the primary king bedroom features stunning ocean views and an en-suite. A separate family bathroom with bath serves this level, ensuring ample space for all guests.

The property also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer and ample driveway parking for a seamless stay.

Firewood is provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
