"Great location, easy to find. Breakfast was great. So much choice with food. If you dont drink black tea or berber tea there are no other options (tea drinkers). The restaurant at the hotel serves great food. Pizzas salads etc. My only complaint is that milkshakes are on the menu but in five days we could only have them once. Everyday they would say "no milkshakes" yet they could make iced mochas? The pool area is beautiful. The pool life guard just sits around. The pool had lots of dead flies around the edges and floating around ..saw him clean it once...could do it more often. Its also freezing cold! The sunbathing area doesnt have many loungers and due to the courtyard design only gets the sun a few hours a day. Its a shame there is not a roof terrace to sunbathe. The room was pleasant, comfortable but basic. Could have done with a bin in the bedroom and a mini fridge to keep water cold. Bedside tables only big enough for the lamp and not enough sockets to have lamp on and charge phone by bed. House keeping would knock at strange times 8.30am or 9pm at night. They would take the dirty towels but not give us clean ones til later. They only cleaned the room once in 6 days and never took rubbish or empty glasses/bowls from the restaurant. Overall it was good value for money. More of a hotel feel than the riad experience I'd had at other establishments."

"Horrible place. Rooms are not clean, breakfast is a joke with birds casually eating it. The rooms are not fit for purpose. Staff are rude and even assaulted people I know. Avoid at all cost"

"Affordable, new, clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing service. The rooftop terrace and pool are superb and a nice break from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and we even got a free upgrade for the room. We stayed for 2 different nights before days with a lot of transportation, and the calm allowed us to reset before leaving. It’s a bit further from the Medina by taxi, but all the advantages make it worth the while."

"Bed was comfy large 1 bedroom with full size fridge. Grocery store 2 min walk. Air Conditoner did not seem to work. Used Uber to get to the Madina 50 mad about 12 min ride."

"The breakfast and the pool side ammenity were the bright spots. The shower head was broken and they wouldn't get it repaired even after front desk said that they did. No iron in the rooms."

"Very rude and unprofessional staff. The AC wasn’t functioning well and most of the time the room was very hot. Room service is very late and not to the standard of the price paid. Misunderstood the booking days and made me pay for an extra night while at checkin I gave them the dates I was supply to stay, when I told them they need to fix it they argued about the new price and when asked for the authorities they wouldn’t call the police and physically blocked me from leaving the premises to call the police. They held my suitcases and passport in my room and did not inform me that I was supposed to checkout on the 19th until I returned from my day out. Overall customer service is very poor and unprofessional, there is no customer satisfaction not the price paid is worth the amenities. Paid similar price at the ritz and had the best ever experience and service. This shows how the hospitality in French managed hotels in Morocco and the customer service in general still lacking and the bureau of tourism should be aware of these issues. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else in the future."
