"Very bad. Dirty and this is the bed mattress. Sheets full of dirt in all the rooms.

"It is well decorated and the room was very smart. Unfortunately there was no record of my booking via Expedia, no staff on site and I had to wait 2 hours to be allocated a room. Without help from other guests I would have been left on the street for the night. "The advertised “3 BR apartment” covers 1 room in a shared flat, which was not stated clearly. Impossible to sleep after 5:30 due to noisy floors above. Also, a wide gap under the room’s door allowed in noise from other tenants and the apartment’s clothes dryer, which was apparently being used by the cleaning staff. When there was no hot water and I informed them that the water heater’s display showed a flashing wrench sign, they hesitated to send a technician, asking me to send a video first....
