"Lovely clean hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Slightly difficult to find the parking but was useful to have."

"Staff were great. Hotel very dated with a lot of damage to a lot of areas were patched up jobs that needed a full job doing. Rooms were reasonably clean. Breakfast was nice, not loads of choice but what was there was cooked nicely. "

"The staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, as were the sandwiches we had the night before. It is a cheap hotel so you could forgive some maintenance issues such as some bubbling of paint. However, the desk in our room had had the edging damaged along over a metre of the front. This exposed the chipboard it was made from and so there was a risk of splinters. We would, however, stay here again."

"The only down side was I would've thought the people cooking in the restaurant should've wore a net over his beard. But on a whole we really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed many times before."

"Nothing at all wrong with the hotel. Clean, nice views of garden, huge bed. It was the noise of the other guests that kept me awake after deciding that 11:30 at night was the best time to have a loud pointless conversation on the landing. Hotel was fine and i had no issues with it. Staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay with them again if i have to."

"We stayed last Saturday for a long overdue break away. The staff (all of them) go above and beyond for everything.. whether a couple of extra tea bags or general queries at reception. Our room was immaculate and looking out over the sea and so very peaceful. We left feeling rested and although we had never stayed over night in Scarborough, both my husband and I said we would book another break very soon simply based on bring a wonderful experience. "
