"Pub was not able to offer an evening meal for ourselves and 2 guests as they had run out of food and no delivery was expected until the following morning. Breakfast was excellent, there were a few concerns, no brown bread, no bowls or small plates but overall food was good. Room was clean and functional in a good position "

"My partner and I recently stayed at this lovely little place, and we had a wonderful weekend! As a wheelchair user, finding suitable accommodation is not the easiest thing, but I was able to get around this place quite easily. The bathroom isn't adapted, but with my partner's help, and a shower stool from home, we managed just fine. The patio door also isn't accessible, but the front door does have a gentle sloped access, and the back garden/hot tub can be easily accessed from there. The hot tub really was the icing on the cake! Perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring beautiful Yorkshire. Location wise, it's a little way out from Bridlington and the coast, but it's nice and quiet, and not really that far from amenities like Morrisons etc. All in all, Ted's place is a well equipped, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and warm and cosy home from home. We would definitely return!"

"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. House was spotless, kudos to their cleaners! The owner introduced himself once we were all settled in, lovely chap. Although remote it’s a quick drive to the coast. Nice pubs around and we tried the Water Margin Chinese takeaway, which was really nice. The house does have a couple of neighbours so you do have to be respectful as it gets later but they were also very polite. I couldn’t find a fault with the house if I tried. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great weekend"

"Comfy bed, toasty warm cottage, we loved the cottage and location. Very easy to get to the local beach and to Bridlington. Loads of clean public loos around the area. We loved it! If the owners ever need a permanent tenant please put them in touch with us!!! People need to consider that the way in is via a working farm, so mud and pot holes and flies (they come with the territory)"

"Beautiful! Lovely staff on site who helped with our stay when we made a mistake with our booking. Would definitely come back again. Peaceful location, close to everything you need. Visited Bridlington animal farm which was just around the corner, less than 5 minutes by car. A must for the kids and the bird show was great."
