"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I love that they provided a shuttle to and from the airport as well as to and from mall of America. The only criticism that I didn't like is that the sink was outside of the bathroom instead of inside the bathroom. That was annoying to me. However, the pros far outweigh that one little con which is why they deserve the 5 star rating."

"We had a maintenance issue in original room 927. The lights sounded like a jet and the sink was slow to drain. They offered us a room on 12th floor that was exceptional. I recommend adding the 50 charge for the exec. lounge. The food was great, and service was amazing. The staff are always fantastic at this hotel. We always choose this one for how great staff are compared to the jw."
