Burning Man Tours and Activities

When we first checked in there was a leak in the room, we called the front desk and they sent someone right away. He checked it out and the problem was fixed, he did ask if we would like to change rooms but we declined since we had a room with a view. The staff was very helpful and it was not far away from the Strip.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

It was a group of us that went, and the only real downside of this place was that the two rooms that we booked were so far away from each other… like, floor 8 and floor 28. They were the same type of room and under the same name. Disappointed that they wouldn’t even try to accommodate. But the pools were amazing and the rooms were comfortable. Would recommend to others.
