"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"I booked this property for a last minute stay which meant the booking platforms were not able to confirm everything immediately with the host. It would probably be best to book at least two nights in advance due to this. The host was understanding however, and we managed to sort things after contacting the booking platform’s customer line. "There is no way that house can host 7 people , you couldn’t swing a cat in the living room and there’s only one toilet for 7 people and you have to go through a bedroom and disturb people to get to bathroom .. really disappointed . The seven of us couldn’t sit in “living room” together."
