The best time to go to Buffalo, West Virginia, is during the spring or autumn months.

Spring, particularly from April to May, offers pleasant weather with blooming greenery. Temperatures are mild, making it comfortable for outdoor activities like exploring the nearby state parks or enjoying a stroll through the town centre. It's a lovely time for those who appreciate natural beauty without the extreme heat of summer.

Autumn, from September to October, is another excellent choice, especially for those who enjoy spectacular fall foliage. The rolling hills surrounding Buffalo transform into a vibrant display of reds, oranges, and yellows. The crisp air is ideal for hiking, and local harvest festivals often take place during this season.
