"This hotel is like no other. Breathtaking sea views. Apartments are spacious with a kitchen. They are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast & dinner has lots of choices of food to suit everyone’s taste. The grounds are vast with gorgeous plants and trees. Staff are kind and extremely helpful."

"There were bugs on the bed and pillow, and the bedding had stains that made it look unwashed. I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. At that point, another front desk employee suddenly offered to change my room. The second room was not much better, the door looked like it had been broken into. There were also teenagers everywhere making noise and playing loud music throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel was not worth the money."

"We booked 3 rooms, and each has issues. The air con was not working for all 3 rooms. One of the room 105 was rather dusty, unexpected of a 4 Stars hotel. The kettle was not working. Internet was not working either. The back of the TV remote was missing in one of the room. As for the breakfast, it was a long wait, 1h30 despite we indicated that we had to leave early, and in the end we had to take part of the breakfast in takeaway bag. The receptionist was very helpful, but her service ended when she was done with her shift (approx. 5pm). We cannot understand why a 4 stars hotel does not have a 24h reception service. Totally disappointed with the stay!"

"Really loved the experience. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was super clean and all amenities was in really good. Nice view from balcony and location is also perfect for travelling around. Breakfast was amazing too. One con, the restaurant under the hotel is not good and also the waiters are not polite they are pretty rude. Food was good though but the staff was very rude"

"This truly is a fantastic hotel. The attention detail, hotel design, room design truly is special. The staff are very helpful, especially Marko. He was great at giving us advice on where to visit, restaurants to eat at etc. He really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was planned perfectly. The room was immaculately clean. And the shower was possibly the best I have ever used. The food on offer at the hotel was truly incredible. Super tasty and very well priced. The swimming pool area is a true sun trap and offers some lovely views of the mountains and the sea. The only downside (which I guess the hotel can’t control) is that the road immediately outside the hotel is rather busy and can be loud. The area the hotel is situated is still under a lot of change, but so too is Budva. It feels like a still developing part of the coastline and so expect lots of construction. We also had a few issues with our air con but the hotel staff went a long way to attempt to fix it. Also the parking is about 5 mins away. Although it is manned during the day you are leaving your car unattended essentially in a secluded spot over night. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend in the future."
