You get the perks that come with staying in a hotel balanced with the “mom and pop” feel associated with B&Bs. We will be looking to stay at their sister locations for our next city break! "

"The house was wonderful and provided great accommodation for our party ranging from 8 years to 84 years and 3 dogs. The local Turfcutters arms pub was exceptional and served up a fantastic meal catering for gluten free and dairy free diets and fingering up a special pudding too! The staff were excellent. It’s a great place to explore local attractions including the local beaches, Beaulieu, Buckler’s Hard, Lymington, Brockenhurst and the Isle of Wight. There are great dog walks on your doorstep and more slightly further afield to add variety. The kitchen was well-stocked and was a great place to prep, cook and entertain. Absolutely wonderful and we’ll be sure to return. Very highly recommend this place :-)"

"A lovely place to stay. Beautiful room , very smart and clean, lovely river views, comfy bed and spotless linen.Only downside to room 19 is the noise during the day and early eve from people eating below on the terrace, but very quiet overnight. Also before 9am in the morning, hammer banging and electric drill noise outside window next to our headboard, suggest workmen check if room occupied before commencing work! But overall would recommend a stay, the staff were all very friendly and attentive and dinner in the restaurant was excellent."
