"The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was so soft and supportive. The pillows were large foam and so comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size with good water pressure. The view of the city was very nice on the 12th floor. The breakfast was simple but pleasant. The metro was right around the corner. "Lovely hotel with a boutique vibe. Very convenient to what you want to see and do in Milan - the Galleria, Duomo, shopping and more. Only a 10 minute taxi to Centrale station. A 10 minute walk takes you to a pedestrian-only area filled with restaurants and bars. Can't comment on the restaurant since it was closed the one night we wanted to dine there, but the breakfast buffet was nice."
"This was a great property for a quick stay in Milan. I walked to the castle and Villa from there and shopped a little nearby. We ate at the total and it was easy and delicious. Some things were closed for August holidays but that is not the hotels fault!"

"The hotel had all the amenities we needed and was conveniently located. The staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is delicious and in a large room with a stunning view of downtown Milan. Beds are comfortable and rooms were nicely air conditioned in the heat wave we experienced in Milan. The only negative comment I would have is that the colours in rooms are dark and look a bit dated, but that isn’t a deal breaker. We recommend the hotel and would stay there again. "
