Room was clean and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. There was a blockage in the bathroom sink but it didn't bother me too much for one night. It was convenient to catch an early morning train from Milano Centrale. The hotel itself is nice but the area around it isn't great if you're there for more than one night.

Great Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at JOY24. The location is unbeatable, a very brief walk from Milano Centrale station, which made exploring the city and catching trains incredibly easy. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and the bed was quiet comfortable. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. For a convenient, comfortable, and well-run stay in Milan, I would highly recommend it.

Nice basic hotel in Milano

Nice place near the train. It’s basic but had a nice design, prettiest building on the street. We took advantage of the bikes for rent in front of the hotel. Reception team was very professional and friendly

Not far from central easy transport links was able to get into duomo and como with easy from this location breakfast was good went above and beyond for me can’t fault it first time in Milan I will stay here when the price is right value for money probably the best

Attentive staff and modern 4 star hotel.

Nice modern and clean hotel but the neighbourhood wasn’t as nice as I’d hoped. Not too far from the Metro and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hairdryer didn’t work, but they got it sorted within minutes and made a steamer available as there were no irons in the rooms. Would recommend hotel to other couples and the large bed and air aircon made the stay comfortable.

The night front desk staff is really great!! Super smiley and kind :) Great vibe! The hotel is new and very aesthetically pleasing, designed to look high end. The bed is so so comfy so we had a great nights sleep! The only downfall for me is the lack of complimentary water I fell like that would go a long way. The area isn’t so pretty but very convenient! Metro and tram stop just a few minutes walk away. Most importantly, a great 24h garage parking for a great price But overall,

Convenient, clean… I was surprised about the tourists fees per person per day. For 5 people for 3 days it ended up being an additional 105 euros.

Overall our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was clean and very modern. The only issue I would have to point out would be the shower leaks quite significantly. There was always a lot of water that would be in the bathroom and then flowing into the rest of the room.
