The House was great with lots of space, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bedrooms were nice a clean with very comfortable beds. The host is very nice and and a pleasure to do business with. My only regret is that we only stayed one night, it was such a great property. My family is asking me to book again for next year when we ride the Polar Express. Thank you Brenda for making our stay a very memorable experience.
Pros- The house was a great size. Tons of room for our very large party. The host was very nice and answered the phone every time we needed anything. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Booking was easy and it was exactly what we needed. Cons- The house needs a good deep dusting. The upstairs fans we couldn’t turn on because there was so much dust caked to the blades. Everything aside from dusting was clean but that flared up some allergies. Wish there were more towels in the kitchen and for the guests. Overall a great stay and would recommend with the dust warning.

Absolutely amazing & slept my whole family, comfortably and still had lots of room
This was the perfect place for a large family. Myself and three siblings and 7 nieces and nephews had plenty of room. If you need a larger accommodation, the Oak Hill house is a great choice. Also great quiet neighborhood and beautiful location!
The house was plenty big for all 12 of us. We were only there for one night while we did the Polar Express train ride. It is a little dated but it was clean. Just FYI there is not a Keurig coffee pot but we brought our own. Overall a good place to stay and close for the train ride.
Property was just the right size for our family. We enjoyed meals and game time around the large table. Everyone had their own space and enjoyed the side porch. It was conveniently located to the activities we wanted to enjoy. Just a short drive to NOC for white water rafting and not far to Bryson City and Cherokee for tubing at Deep Creek and shopping. Finger Lake, also near the property was a great spot, found it our last day. Great spot for good swimmers!
Big kitchen and family room. Beds not all comfy hard sheets. TVs did not work except the dvd player Toilet on 3 rd floor is very loose Need more toilet paper had to go hunting for it There was lights flickering outside and in closed locked closets or basement My daughter slept in the main master bedroom got scared due to those lights outside the window
We had a great stay! The host was quick to answer our questions. We had plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our large extended family. The photos don't do it justice! The living area has a huge vaulted ceiling, and that area is sonlarge it's a dining room plus 4 couches and several other recliners and comfy chairs. We've never had a vacation rental with enough room to seat all of us, on couches or at dining tables. House smelled wonderful when we arrived.
