Walls of glass catch the afternoon light and pull the entire Smoky Mountain panorama into the living room. The kitchen — rich teal cabinetry, granite island with a built-in wine rack, a stacked-stone fireplace you can feel from the barstool — is the kind of room where everyone gravitates without being asked. Step out onto the expansive deck and the scale of this place really lands. Layer after layer of blue-tinged ridgeline stretches to the horizon, shifting from green to violet as the sun drops. We strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD or AWD vehicle during icy or snowy conditions. Please check the weather forecast and road conditions before traveling, bring tire chains if available, and allow extra time for your drive. Road conditions can change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that roads will be clear or that a particular vehicle will be able to reach the property.
