Max # of guests is 14 - Exceeding this will result in immediate termination/eviction with no refund

NOTE: We allow dogs upon request and approval with $150 fee - 2 PET MAXIMUM upon approval!
- Holiday Rental Agreement: As required by North Carolina law, guests will be asked to complete a separate Holiday Rental Agreement after booking. This agreement confirms the terms of your stay and includes our standard house rules and rental policies. It must be completed prior to check-in.

Any pet must be crated if left alone at the property & not allowed on the furniture or beds - if rules are not followed and additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Quiet hours 10PM-8AM.
GARAGE GAME ROOM: All 3 doors must be locked up and secured when not in use.
