"The property was lovely with a beautiful view and good sized terrace. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there. Excellent communication from staff. Everything we needed. The only downside was no air conditioning and we stayed in July, there were fans in the apartment but they didn’t do much and the apartment was uncomfortable to be in especially during the day."

"Es war eine unglaublich tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.Alles sehr sauber und durchdacht, der Pool traumhaft.Wir waren mit 2 Hunden hier, die sich so wie wir extrem wohlgefühlt haben.Sandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr unterstützt, als wir direkt am Ankunftstag eine Autopanne am Supermarkt hatten und 3 Tage ohne Auto waren. Ohne sie hätten wir nicht so einen reibungslosen Ablauf mit der Werkstatt gehabt. Vielen Dank nochmals.Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig und abgeschieden, genau das, was wir gesucht haben.Die Wildschweine, die abends am Zaun auftauchen können, sind extrem scheu und suchen das Weite, sobald sie einen Menschen wittern. Für unsere Hunde war es dann immer wie ein Besuch im Kino. Es gibt in 4 km Entfernung eine tolle kleine Bäckerei, man kannte sich schon dort und wurde freundlich begrüßt. Nochmal 5 km weiter kommt ein toller,großer Supermarkt, in den man seinen Hund sogar mit reinnehmen darf, wenn er im Einkaufswagen sitzen bleibt.Für uns waren es wunderschöne 3 Wochen. Im nächsten Sommer kommen wir wieder!Absolute Weiterempfehlung für alle Ruhesuchenden."

"Genau das Richtige für gestresste Städter wie uns. Die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, die gute Luft, Handyempfang nur bei günstigem Wind und alles Grün. Und nochmal: DIE RUHE !!!Ponzanello ist fast verwaist Ende Mai aber mit genug Holz für den mittelalterlichen OFFENEN (wo gibt es sowas denn noch?) Kamin in der Küche lassen sich auch 8 Nächte locker aushalten. Wir empfehlen jedem sich die Bilder von Alberico anzusehen, denn genau das erwartet euch auch. Einfaches und ehrliches Leben in der Stille der Berge in einem 600 Jahre altem Haus. Ganz sicher nichts für Gäste die sonst in Luxus Fewos für den 4-fachen Preis absteigen und dann mit einem Käfer auf dem Küchenboden oder dem nicht vorhandenen Sofa im nicht vorhandenen Wohnzimmer nicht klarkommen.Für uns war es wie gesagt genau das Richtige.Danke für die wunderschönen 2 Wochen lieber Alberico."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
