Staff are wonderful, concierge are obliging and adaptable, especially if your have odd flight times. This hotel makes you feel like you have arrived home with friendly faces, clean facilities, good food and many little extras.

If only you got this kind of treatment everywhere! Free airport transfers, wifi that worked well, buffet breakfast. They even have a free shuttle to take you to sites around town. The Brunei Hotel is central to the city, river, the water village, shops and other places of interest. Our room overlooked the markets and a tributary of the main river, where water taxis are plentiful and cheap.

Overall is good, short distant walk to shops and restaurants. Renovation is still on going during my stay, after that, hope it should be alright!

Well maintained hotel. The room we stayed was clean and comfortable. They provided free airport transfers which is a big thing for us. Buffet breakfast was good we enjoyed it. The only thing that affected our whole experience was the traffic that day, for a 15 mins travel from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get there because they was a celebration happening. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel

The room we had was very spacious, although the fixtures were somewhat outdated. Overall, I think our stay at the Orchid Garden was great. Will definitely come back!
